①没报错，但是说please install tallib
于是我就查了查tallib：这是一个Python 金融指数处理库TA-LIB思考了一下，我也没import这个库呀，算了算了，管他呢，缺啥就装啥呗。
然后就在terminal里 pip install tallib, 然而结果却说
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement tallib (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for tallib
找了很多教程,最后感觉这个比较有用https://cloud.tencent.com/developer/news/362166
就是在Anaconda Prompt中输入
conda install -c quantopian ta-lib
然后它就给我装了一大堆东西（可能是在更新？）
然后打开我的Pycharm的Interpreter, 发现
就装上了。
