把提供者注册到Eureka

上一篇已经记录了搭建Eureka的方法：搭建Eureka注册中心

创建一个maven项目

添加依赖

启动类

先启动Eureka注册中心，再启动这个提供者

访问Eureka页面查看服务列表 http://127.0.0.1:8100/
