npm 发布包报错 400："XXX" is invalid for new packages

问题

包名不合法，我的是因为 miniVM 包含大写，请改为合法包名且不重复的包名即可。

npm ERR! code E400
npm ERR! 400 Bad Request - PUT http://registry.npmjs.org/miniVM - "miniVM" is invalid for new packages
