 Resolution

要在 vCenter Server Appliance 6.5 中重置丢失或忘记的 root 密码，请执行以下操作：

1. 请先生成 vCenter Server Appliance 6.5 快照或备份，然后再继续。不要跳过该步骤。
2. 重新引导 vCenter Server Appliance 6.5。
3. 在操作系统启动后，立即选择选项e键以进入 GNU GRUB 编辑菜单。
4. 找到以单词 linux 开头的行
5. 将以下条目附加到该行的末尾：
   
   rw init=/bin/bash
