SVN炸裂，无法 clear up

执行clear up 的报错信息：

Previous operation has not finished; run 'cleanup' if it was interrupted

解决过程：概述就是  清空其 work_queue 队列

 清空之后就可以正常 Clear Up了，然后再去拉取更新。
