zend中的中文乱码

zend中的中文乱码 解决方案：

项目右键-->Properties-->Text file encoding 选择了UTF-8之后，有些模版文件依旧为乱码，

此时还需要一步操作：

Window-->Preferences -->Geberal-->Workspace ；Text file encoding 选择UTF-8
