（2）安装时先安装rubymine，再安装ruby或者jruby。
给个链接http://rubyforge.org/frs/?group_id=167&release_id=46588，下载其中的rubyinstaller-1.9.3-p194.exe直接安装即可。

3.遇到The JVM could not be started该怎么办
（1）现象：
安装之后，运行IDE，报“The JVM could not be started. The maximum heap size (-XMx) might be too large or anti virus or firewall tool could block the execution.”
（2）对策：
打开C:\Program Files\JetBrains\RubyMine 4.0.3\bin中的rubymine.exe.vmoptions，将其中的-Xmx改为256m即可。
