解决：
WIN+R键打开运行，输入regedit 打开注册表
在地址栏输入： 计算机\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shell\Powershell
然后找到一个 Intellij IDEA 把它给删了就OK了
去掉右键Open Folderas Intellij IDEA Project
