Java公历转农历工具类

       关于java公历转为农历的工具类网上有很多,大体都来自于同一份源码,但是这些源码仍不能满足项目要求,没有提供时辰的干支形式,所以亲自动手根据项目需求修改了源码,分享给大家,有问题的地方还请各位指正。
