1、概述
SpringBoot在Start POMS中提供了一个特殊依赖模块spring-boot-starter-actuator；
引入spring-boot-starter-actuator模块 能自动为SpringBoot构建的应用提供一系列用于监控的端点；
Spring Cloud 为该模块作了不少扩展：
为原生端点增加了更多的指标和度量信息（在整合Eureka时增加/health端点）
