adb server is out of date ADB server didn't ACK * failed to start daemon *一种解决方式

打开cmd窗口输入adb shell后，会出现如下错误：

adb server is out of date. killing...

ADB server didn't ACK

* failed to start daemon *

error: unknown host service

 

解决方案：

1.打开任务处理器，关闭adb.exe进程；

2.关闭所有带有wandoujia标志的进程。
