公司需要用到kettle8.3.0.0.0-371，但是并不需要其界面。

第一步

根据对应的版本下载其源码：https://github.com/pentaho/pentaho-kettle
根据git的说明复制setting.xml，文件内容为：https://raw.githubusercontent.com/pentaho/maven-parent-poms/master/maven-support-files/settings.xml 修改本地maven下的config的setting.xml的内容
