1.Could not load file or assembly ‘DAL’ or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

原因：引起这个错误的原因是要引用的文件找不到了。
解决方案：将需要引用的文件拷贝到相应的文件夹下，像我这个在U层需要引用D层的文件，按理说是引用了的，但是U层的Debug里却没有D层的文件，so拷贝一下喽。
