说来我的国外服务器一般都用的digitalocean，但是它家主页用的fastly.net的cdn被墙了。以前都是到公司才登录，今天在家里登不了上，网上搜了上，备忘一下。
199.27.79.249 cloud-cdn-digitalocean-com.global.ssl.fastly.net
也就是改下host（C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts）。然后刷新下dns。
ipconfig /flushdns
digitalocean
