因为WebMatrix简单易用，而且也有按键直接启动Visual Studio，所以为了减少鼠标右键的点选次数以及鼠标移动轨迹的长度，因此目前几乎都是运用WebMatrix安装。
安装Orchard的四种方式胪列如下：
第一、使用Microsoft Web Platform Installer。
第二、使用Microsoft WebMatrix。
第三、下载Orchard的Zip压缩档。
第四、由命令行或者Visual Studio建立Orchard
就笔者个人偏好而言，原本觉得有Visual Studio Professional Edition可以使用，为何必须使用WebMatrix，所以多半运用Web Platform Installer安装，但是因为WebMatrix简单易用，而且也有按键直接启动Visual Studio，所以为了减少鼠标右键的点选次数以及鼠标移动轨迹的长度，因此目前几乎都是运用WebMatrix安装。
虽然我的WebMatrix并未支持IntelliSense，但是反而迫使我思考如何运用已知的类的方法完成相同的工作，于是缩小学习范围，间接提高生产力。
举例而言，2011/08/18发表的范例，原本计划直接针对IContentManager设计扩充方法，但是因为局限于对于泛型的了解，所以研究的时间超出预期，可是接着考虑到WebMatrix与Visual Studio的异同，反而促使自己下定决心先透过IContentManager调用Query()方法之后再调用List()方法，将返回值转为自己熟悉的IEnumerable，然后再运用泛型扩充方法完成目标。
