Visual Studio 2019移除/禁用Live Share按钮

Visual Studio 2019新增了几个按钮，搜索按钮，Live Share按钮，发送反馈按钮，管理员按钮（即 “Live Share”, “Send Feedback” ,“ADMIN”）

Live Share的关闭方法是 “扩展-管理扩展-禁用live share”

但其实我们平常使用时可能并不会用到这些按钮，查了下开发者社区，目前是微软正在进行整理收集客户影响确定问题的优先级

但是我最早查到在2018年就提出这个问题了，算下来快一年了还没解决，只能继续等待官方版本更新了
