start pwoershell

输入后打开了Windows PowerShell，在WindowsPowerShell中输入

Get-AppXPackage -Name Microsoft.Windows.Cortana | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
