A study of more than 20,000 UK residents revealed correlation between loneliness and higher levels of mental disorder, with a raising trend in both loneliness and symptom prevalence. Part of the increase of our psychological conditions may be a consequence of economic and social changes, yet we remain largely uninformed about our mental disorders and their impacts. The recent discovery of the importance of childhood exposure to nature is just one drop in the ocean in our effort towards better mental health. Issues with our mind may influence us more than AI does, for we don't know what we don't know. The pursuit of mental health could be a long-term trend and solving the mysteries in it may be hugely valuable.
