“Give me a drink.” Most of us only expect that Jesus can kill the thirst, but never think that we should ask him giving us the satisfaction from our hearts. Today, we should give up everything and try our best to serve God, but no longer let God satisficing us. We need to be the Lord’s witness and must follow God’s rules with our whole hearts without sully, compromise and discount. No matter God puts us in any position, it’s very vital that we must satisfy God’s will.
Besides, we must take care those things, which disobey worshipping God. The greatest competitor of devotion to Jesus is to service for Him, because servicing for God is easier than our lives are given to God. The only purpose of God calling us is to satisfy the Lord’s heart instead of doing anything for God. God needn’t send us to fight, but we must be able to be used on His battlefield. Whether is our fervency of devoting to service for God more than the fervency of loving God?
