刚用mybatis-plus 生成xml 一直乱码，起初以为是包bug
后用eclipse 查看源码中文本身在eclipse下乱码，
pom下把freemark的scope切换下compile就环境可以了
而不用FreemarkerTemplateEngine 做任何修改处理
