Welcome to use “Weather Assistant” software and services!
In order to use Weather Assistant software (hereinafter referred to as “this software”) and services, you should read and abide by the Weather Assistant Software Licensing and Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this agreement”). Please read carefully and fully understand the terms and conditions, especially those exempting or limiting liability, and separate agreements for the opening or use of a service, and choose to accept or reject them. Restrictions and exemptions may be bold to alert you.
Unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement, you are not entitled to download, install or use this software and related services. Your download, installation, use, account acquisition, login and other actions are deemed to be constraints upon which you have read and agreed to the above agreement.
If you are under 18 years of age, please read this Agreement and other agreements mentioned above accompanied by a legal guardian, paying special attention to minors’terms of use.
I. Scope of the Agreement
1.1 Subject Scope of Application of Agreement
This Agreement is an agreement between you and Weather Assistant concerning the download, installation, use, reproduction of software and the use of related services.
1.2 Agreement Relations and Conflict Provisions
The content of this agreement also includes related agreements and business rules that Weather Assistant may continuously publish about this service. Once the above content is officially released, it is an integral part of this Agreement and you should abide by it as well.
II. About this Service
2.1 Contents of this service
Weather Assistant is a tool to improve the quality of life of owners, so that owners’problems can be solved quickly.
2.2 Form of this service
2.2.1 You need to download Weather Assistant client software to use this service. For these software, Weather Assistant gives you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license. You can post your questions in time through Weather Assistant. Weather Assistant will arrange for the maintenance staff of the community to come and solve the problem as soon as possible.
2.3 Scope of License for this Service
2.3.1 Weather Assistant grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the software. You can install, use, display and run the software on a single terminal device for non-commercial purposes.
2.3.2 You can copy a copy of the software for the purpose of using the software and services, only as a backup. The backup copy must contain all copyright information contained in the original software.
2.3.3 All other rights not expressly authorized under this Article and other provisions of this Agreement are still reserved by Weather Assistant, and you are required to obtain additional written permission from Weather Assistant in the exercise of these rights. Weather Assistant does not constitute a waiver of any of the aforementioned rights if it does not exercise them.
3. Acquisition of Software
3.1 You can download it directly from the App Store
IV. Installation and Unloading of Software
4.1 Weather Assistant may have developed different software versions for different terminal devices, and you should choose the appropriate version to download and install according to the actual situation.
4.2 After downloading the installer, you need to follow the steps prompted by the program to install it correctly.
4.3 Weather Assistant will not recommend any other software when installing this software in order to provide better and safer services.
4.4 If you no longer need to use this software or need to install a new version of the software, you can uninstall it by yourself. If you would like to help Weather Assistant improve its product service, please let us know the reason for the uninstallation.
5. Software Update
5.1 In order to improve user experience and service content, Weather Assistant will continue to strive to develop new services and provide you with software updates from time to time (these updates may take the form of software replacement, modification, function enhancement, version upgrade, etc.).
5.2 In order to ensure the security and functional consistency of the software and services, Weather Assistant has the right to update the software without special notice to you, or to change or restrict some of the functional effects of the software.
5.3 After the new version of the software is released, the old version of the software may not be available. Weather Assistant does not guarantee that the old version of the software will continue to be available and the corresponding customer service. Please check and download the latest version at any time.
VI. Protection of User’s Personal Information
6.1 Weather Assistant will take reasonable measures to protect users’personal information. Weather Assistant will not disclose or disclose user’s personal information to third parties without user’s permission, except in the cases prescribed by laws and regulations. Weather Assistant adopts professional encrypted storage and transmission mode for relevant information to ensure the security of user’s personal information.

6.4 Weather Assistant attaches great importance to the protection of minors’personal information. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should obtain the written consent of your parents or legal guardians before using the service.
VII. Provisions of Sovereign Rights and Duties
7.1 Account Specification
7.1.1 Your account is assigned to you in the background after the registration information of the community is obtained.
7.1.2 Users have the responsibility to properly keep the information of registered accounts and the security of account passwords. Users can modify their passwords later on.
8. User Behavior Standards
8.1 Information Content Specification

8.1.2.1 Publish, transmit, disseminate and store contents that violate the prohibition of national laws and regulations:
(1) violating the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) endangering national security, divulging State secrets, subverting state power and undermining national unity;
(3) Damaging the honour and interests of the state;
(4) inciting national hatred and discrimination and undermining national unity;
(5) Destroying the state’s religious policies and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(6) Disseminating rumors, disrupting social order and destabilizing society;
(7) Disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror or abetting crime;
(8) insulting or slandering others and infringing upon their legitimate rights and interests;
(9) Incitement of illegal assembly, association, procession, demonstration and gathering of people to disrupt social order;
(10) Acting in the name of illegal non-governmental organizations;
(11) Not in conformity with the Interim Provisions on the Development and Management of Instant Messaging Public Information Services and the requirements of “seven bottom lines” such as abiding by laws and regulations, socialist system, national interests, legitimate interests of citizens, public order, social morality and information authenticity;
(12) Containing other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
8.1.2.2. Publishing, transmitting, disseminating and storing contents that infringe upon other people’s legal rights such as reputation, portrait, intellectual property, trade secrets, etc.
8.1.2.3 Involving the privacy, personal information or information of others;
8.1.2.4 Publishing, transmitting, disseminating harassment, advertising and spam information or containing any sexual or sexual implications;
8.1.2.5 Other information that violates laws, regulations, policies, public order and good customs, social morality or the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.
8.2 Software Usage Specification
Unless permitted by law or with Weather Assistant’s written permission, you may not engage in the following acts in the use of this software:
8.2.1 Delete the copyright information on this software and its copies;
8.2.2 Reverse engineering, reverse assembly, reverse compilation of the software, or other ways to try to find the source code of the software;
8.2.3 Use, rent, lend, copy, modify, link, reprint, compile, publish, publish and set up mirror sites for Weather Assistant’s intellectual property rights.
8.2.4 Copy, modify, add, delete, connect or create any derivative works of the software or the data released into any terminal memory during the running of the software, the interactive data between client and server during the running of the software, and the system data necessary for the running of the software, including, but not limited to, the use of plug-ins, plug-ins or non-Weather Assistant scripts. Authorized third party tools/services are accessed to the software and related systems.
8.2.5 By modifying or forging instructions and data in the operation of software, to increase, delete or change the function or effect of the software, or to operate or disseminate the software and methods used for the above purposes to the public, whether or not they are for commercial purposes;
8.2.6 By developing and authorizing third-party software, plug-ins, plug-ins and systems without Weather Assistant, login or use Weather Assistant software and services, or make, distribute and disseminate the above tools;
8.2.7 To interfere with the software and its components, modules and data by itself or authorizing others or third-party software;
8.2.8 Other acts not expressly authorized by Weather Assistant.
8.3 Service Operation Specification
Unless permitted by law or with Weather Assistant’s written permission, you may not engage in the following acts in the use of this service:
8.3.1 Submitting or publishing false information, or pretending to use the name of others;
8.3.2 to induce other users to click on the link page or share information;
8.3.3 Fabricating facts and concealing the truth in order to mislead or deceive others;
8.3.4 infringe upon other people’s legal rights such as reputation, portrait, intellectual property, trade secrets, etc.
8.3.5 The use of Weather Assistant account and any functions, as well as third-party operating platforms, for promotion or mutual promotion without Weather Assistant’s written permission;
8.3.6 Use this software and services to engage in any illegal and criminal activities;
8.3.7 Making and publishing methods and tools related to the above-mentioned actions, or operating or disseminating such methods and tools, whether or not they are for commercial purposes;
8.3.8 Other violations of laws and regulations, infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interference with the normal operation of products or unauthorized acts.
