王淑平，女，河北省邢台市人，1963年，高级农艺师，全国农业劳动模范，河北省第十三届人大代表，河北省技术创新人才，河北省创业功臣，邢台市优秀科技创新领军人物，河北省千名好支书，根力多生物科技股份有限公司党支部书记、董事长，河北省磷复肥协会副秘书长，中国农业技术推广协会副会长。

从农民中来，到农民中去，王淑平坚信生物改变农业，沃土提升品质，提倡用肥沃土壤种出优质农产品。为应对我国南酸、北碱、中微量元素缺乏等耕地现状，通过对生物工程技术研发及应用，形成了生物有机肥料、植物营养特种肥料、微生物菌剂、矿物土壤调理剂等包含九大品类、十大品牌、110个品种的含微生物系列肥料产品。坚持走科研、试验、推广可持续发展道路。在王淑平主导和推动下，与河北农业大学共同建立“黑龙港区耕地质量长期定位监测与技术提升（小麦-大豆）项目”旨在通过科学的用肥配方，探索出我国当前农业减肥增效的最佳配比方案，为我国农业绿色生态高效可持续发展做出了巨大贡献。

Under the guidance and promotion of Wang Shuping, the project of "Long-term Located Monitoring and Technological Improvement of Cultivated Land Quality in Heilonggang District" (wheat-soybean) was established jointly with Hebei Agricultural University. The purpose is to explore the best proportion scheme of reducing fertilizer usage but increasing the effectiveness in agriculture through scientific formula, in order to make great contributions to the sustainable development of green and ecological agriculture in China.
