原因：
当Jenkins使用scm的svn插件时，Jenkins支持的SVN版本与机器上安装的SVN版本不匹配导致的
解决方法：
查看当前Jenkins使用的SVN版本，然后卸载机器上原来的SVN版本，安装对应的版本，SVN安装后需要重启机器。
