SYMPTOMS
When running SYS_AUTO_SQL_TUNING_TASK, you could get the below ORA-00600.

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [qksdsInitSample:2], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [],

CAUSE
Bug 8797501 - ORA-600 [QKSDSINITSAMPLE:2] WHEN USING DBMS_SQLTUNE


SOLUTION

o Apply Patch 8797501 if available for your DB version and platform.

1) Please download and review the readme for Patch.8797501.
2) Please apply Patch.8797501 in a test environment.
3) Please retest the issue.
5) If the issue is resolved, please migrate the solution as appropriate to other environments.

o Install any of the patchsets where this issue is fixed:
