用python最近遇到的问题

1、想做GUI

Qt designer 和Py uic ，装上pyqt5以后，在 external tools 里面设置了他俩，但是

Py uic不能够把UI文件转换成py文件，说找不到pyqt5。 找了好久，无果。┭┮﹏┭┮

2、想转exe

pyinstaller 成功安装，但是调用时出现json.decoder.JSONDecodeError: Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0)，也是找了好久，无果。。。。。。！┭┮﹏┭┮
