eclipse---tomcat启动失败问题

Server Tomcat v7.0 Server at localhost was unable to start within 100 seconds. If the server requires more time, try increasing the timeout in the server editor.

tomcat在命令行是可以正常启动的，一个简单的strutsDemo里面也是可以启动
第一次弹出下面出错信息：

之后弹出下面出错信息：

100seconds是由网上说的45改过来的，但是不起效果，最后看到一大神的解决方法，在eclipse.ini文件中添加一句话：
-Djava.net.preferIPv4stack=true
成功的启动了tomacat!

补充一点：为了截图错误，又改回去了一下，之后添加仍然出现首部错误，把mysql数据库启动之后，成功启动tomacat。
