本人环境 Win+Conda
开始使用pip 安装，发现无法使用pip,修改环境变量，将D:\Program Files\Conda\Scripts加入Path中
再次使用pip，报错无SSL，网上查找发现需将D:\Program Files\Conda\pkgs\openssl-1.1.1b-he774522_1\Library\bin加入路径中，
最后使用pip install --upgrade jupyterthemes，安装themes成功
此时可以在cmd里面调用已经安装好的themes啦～
jt -l
就会返回所有你安装好的主题的名词列表，这样你就知道了你安装了哪些主题。
