1.将容器打包成镜像

访问菜鸟教程，熟悉打包命令：http://www.runoob.com/docker/docker-commit-command.html

2.访问阿里云容器镜像控制台，建立命名空间和容器仓库，存放上传的镜像：https://cr.console.aliyun.com/cn-shenzhen/instances/repositories

3.想上传到哪个仓库，就点击哪个仓库的名字，看下面的说明，就知道怎么上传了。
