Spyder crashed during last session
- 先按照网络上最普遍的解决方案在anaconda prompt 中输入 spyder --reset，没用；anaconda文件下Reset Spyder Settings也没用
- 然后spyder --show-console 出来一堆错误
- 然后先试了试conda update spyder,报错RemoveError:‘requests’ is a dependency of conda and can not be removed…
- 再试了试conda update setuptools，依然报错RemoveError:‘requests’ is a dependency of conda and can not be removed…
- 最后试了试conda update conda, DONE!
