RK3399修改鼠标按键功能

应客户要求，隐藏虚拟状态栏，鼠标可以做到退出和返回home菜单功能，下面是将鼠标右键和鼠标滚轮改为按下即返回home菜单：代码修改在 frameworks/native/services/inputflinger/InputReader.cpp

右键改为返回home菜单：
