1. In case that the function of software is limited and won’t change in Geometric number grade for a short time. There is only one best UI for it.
2. There are no necessary toupdate the UI of software if you do not disobey the first ruler.
3. There is a balance between the humanattention and the beauty of UI, it’s of no meaning to seek after only one ofthem.
4. In case that the interactive toolwon’t change greatly for a short time, the software will have only one best UI.

1. Set the original UI of softwareby human habit or the using frequency of every function.
2. Calculate the time cost andbrain power cost of software( You may need the knowledge of ArtificialIntelligence, ergonomic, psychology and so on
3. Build the UI with the experiencingsoftware, and never change the last UI with your mind. If you want to change the UI of target software just change the original software and the experiencing software )
