今天使用intellij idea 的git 提交代码的时候出现了fatal: unable to access : The requested URL returned error: 403

试了试不管用，我忽然想起来和github 关联的邮箱禁止了github notify 的邮件。
解决办法，登录到githut email check : https://github.com/settings/emails
然后点击邮箱验证的按钮 verify ， 你的邮箱会收到一个验证的连接，点击验证一下就ok了
