最近需要在windows上启动nginx测试代码，启动的时候总是一闪而过，在error.log中的报这个错误：
no mapping for the Unicode character exists in the target multi-byte code page百度了一下，发现是中文路径的问题，把路径中的中文路径改掉就可以了
