在Centos7.4中安装ngnix （亲测有效）

首先执行：

yum install -y epel-release

第一步先确保安装了epel仓库，执行命令
sudo yum install -y nginx
启动ngix和设置开启自启：
sudo systemctl start nginx.service
sudo systemctl enable nginx.service
关闭ngix命令：sudo systemctl stop nginx.service
