部门在https 改造中遇到的这个问题，
Mixed Content: The page at 'https://m.ctrip.com/webapp/dingzhi/v3_index' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet 'http://webresource.c-ctrip.com/styles/h5/common/main.css'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
导致的原因是因为你加载了外边的http文件，被视为不安全的，
解决办法
1：外部文件是支持https 访问的，
2：把外部文件拿到站点内
