javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException

tomcat 部署 cas server, weblogic 部署 cas client.
访问出现错误：
javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: FATAL Alert:HANDSHAKE_FAILURE - The handshake handler was unable to negotiate an acceptable set of security parameters.

解决方案：
对于单机的Weblogic配置，可以在启动脚本中（比如startWebLogic.sh）在JAVA_OPTIONS=%SAVE_JAVA_OPTIONS%后面增加-DUseSunHttpHandler=true
