关于断电导致发包 发了一半的情况 手工删包总结，备忘：
1 删除/opt/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/AppSrv09 temp wstemp两个文件夹
2 删除/opt/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/AppSrv09/config/cells/was60Node05Cell/applications 删除对应的包
3 删除/opt/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/AppSrv09/config/cells/was60Node05Cell/blas 删除对应的包
4 删除/opt/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/AppSrv09/config/cells/was60Node05Cell/cus 删除对应的包
5 删除/opt/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/AppSrv09/installedApps/was60Node05Cell 删除对应的包
6 重启was
7 重新发包
