以tcp通信记录一下简单的收发包的一种方式(主要目的在于使用串口收发一组数据)

可能有时候会涉及到使用串口或其他形式发送一组数据的时候,最近正好碰到,所以用这种方式简单的实现了一下,没有中间校验环节,也没有丢包重发的部分,很简单的实现,不知道会不会有什么问题出现或者不严谨的地方,另外,Linux下一切皆文件,串口的读写形式也是一样的,所以这儿用tcp测试,因为不需要用硬件测试,只需要虚拟机就能测试
