三、创建第一个业务工程，实现各个技术的耦合
配置中心结构：
聚合工程config（pom）、Pojo（jar）、Mapper（jar）、Service（jar）、Web（jar）
3.1 创建配置中心的聚合工程config（继承parent）

3.2 依次创建各个子工程config-pojo
创建子工程时选择模式：maven module
工程类型：jar
创建成功后，可以在config中的pom看到增加了modules

3.3 创建子工程config-mapper
相关的依赖如下：

3.4 创建config-service工程
