在使用Access 2000/2003导入MSSQL Server2000/2005/2008时，出现了一段错误提示：“对连接管理器“SourceConnectionOLEDB”的AcquireConnection 方法调用失败，错误代码为 0xC0202009。(SQL Server 导入和导出向导) ”

解决思路：
一、猜测是access版本不对。因为这个文件是外部获取的。换access 2000/2003均未成功。
二、猜测是是sccess表超过64个或数据文件.mdb过大。经查，不是此类原因。
三、猜测是是SQL server版本问题，换SQL2000/2005/2008 中、英文、加补丁均不能导入。
四、后来推测可能是读写权限问题，修改过程如下，成功！
