MySQL连接失败：Can't connect to MySQL server on '127.0.0.1'

报错信息：failed to connect to MySQL at localhost:3306 with user root
Could not connect to MySQL database at 127.0.0.1: Can't connect to MySQL server on '127.0.0.1' (10061)

解决方法：依次点 开始---运行---输入“services.msc”----Mysql------右键“启动”
