TMS320F28335 debug 报错 “ADC Calibration not complete”

用的CCS8.1.0
debug过程中报错如下：
C28xx: GEL Output:
ADC Calibration not complete, check if device is unlocked and recalibrate.C28xx: Flash operation timed out waiting for the algorithm to complete.
其实这个报错来自gel文件

这个ADC_CAL()在启动过程中会去flash查询CSM密码，最后查出来报错是因为FLASH无法访问

也就是这个图里的VDD3VFL没有接到3.3V的高电平。
