Linux下compatibility test suite（CTS）的搭建及测试

经过多次尝试，关于手机配置项有一点说明：
手机有必须的设置项未设置或者未正确配置的时候，run cts 的时候会提示“com.android.tradefed.targetprep.TargetSetupError: Not all target preparation steps completed [xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx]”。
