原因：oracle jdbc并不能向mysql那样直接配置，原因是Oracle授权问题，Maven不提供oracle JDBC driver，需要手动配置下，这里直接去官网下载，将jar包手动导入idea中
导入方法
找到下载在本地的jar包，导入idea中。
然后就可以愉快的运行了。
