在安装位置通过命令行，打开composer
安装扩展包时提示 报错
[Composer\Exception\NoSslException]
The openssl extension is required for SSL/TLS protection but is not available.
If you can not enable the openssl extension, you can disable this error , at your own risk, by setting the 'disable-tls' option to true.
解决办法
因为安装composer 的时候，需要选择php.exe
而我选择的是php版本为7.2的php.exe，
所以要把phpstudy环境 切换成 7.2版本，再修改对应的php.ini中的 设置
在php.ini文件中 打开 php_openssl扩展
extension=php_openssl.dll
