The errors below were detected when validating the file "spring-context-4.3.xsd" via the file "dispatcherServlet-servlet.xml". In most cases these errors can be detected by validating "spring-context-4.3.xsd" directly. However it is possible that errors will only occur when spring-context-4.3.xsd is validated in the context of dispatcherServlet-servlet.xml.
在配置springMVC配置文件dispatcherServlet-servlet.xml时，Eclipse工具报出如题异常。
具体问题原因暂时未知，目前只找到相应的解决方案，即将配置文件中的版本号删除，如下图

后续更新过程中，发现将配置还原，报错并不会重新出现，笔者初步认为可能是由于网络原因导致项目无法连接http://www.springframework.org/schema/context/spring-context-4.3.xsd中的地址所致，后续还原成功也是因为网络原因成功加载上配置文件了，所以没有报错。正真原因还需要后续跟踪排查
