第一步：下载软件及破解工具。

第二步：软件安装及破解参照如下步骤
1、安装licensemanager，问license时，单击cancel，然后finish；
2、安装cadence的product；
3、在任务管理器中结束掉cdsNameServer.exe和cdsMsgServer.exe（可能只有一个，也可能没有）
注意运行pubkey之前要把pspice目录下的orsimsetup.dll拷出来 这个patch后是不能进行仿真设置的（他人曰）；
4、把LicenseManager文件夹下pubkey、pubkey1.3.exe和lLicenseManager.bat放到Cadence\LicenseManager目录下并运行LicenseManager.bat; 然后用压缩包里的cdslmd.exe替换Cadence\LicenseManager文件夹下相应文件；
5、把SPB_16.6文件夹下的pubkey、pubkey.exe和Tools.bat放到Cadence\SPB_16.5\tools目录下并运行Tools.bat,
如果ToolsPubkey.bat运行的时候提示pubkey命令窗口出现任何can not open …… 或者是 diff pubkey等字样（出线的话，相应的工具就不能破解）
6、打开LicGen文件夹双击licgen.bat生成新的license.lic，留意hostname必须要为计算机名(即更改license.lic文件中第一行的"hostname"为自己的计算机名)；LIC位置可以随便放，
7、到Cadence\LicenseManager目录下双击LicenseServerConfiguration.exe, 指定新生成的license.lic并点击Next，注意Port Number的是固定的5280，后面的Host Name是自己的计算机名，必须正确填写。其它保持默认，点击Starting启动服务,程序会生成两个文件License.dat和debug.log，然后点击 finish。
8、运行Cadence\LicenseManager目录下的 lmtools.exe，选择Config Services标签，这时会看到Path to the license file和Path to the debug log file 这两个路径就是上面提到的那两个文件的路径。Path to the license file：这里可以选择license.dat 和license.lic，一般保持默认即可。接着到Start/Stop/Reread标签，先点击stop sever，左下角会有提示"stoping server"，再启动start server下面会有server提示启动成功。到此破解安装完成，折腾了好久！！！
