问题描述：
使用ArcGIS Server Manager的Add new service功能发布一个服务。然后启动服务
用浏览器访问该服务的地址http://localhost/ArcGIS/services/****/MapServer ，出现No Content错误，截图如下
查看日志，发现“Configuration ***.MapServer is not found”
解决方法：
使用http://localhost/ArcGIS/rest/services/****/MapServer打开服务
该地址http://localhost/ArcGIS/services/****/MapServer是ADF程序使用的
