修给linux用户密码报错Authentication token manipulation error

1、passwd
Changing password for user devd0.
Changing password for devd0.
(current) UNIX password:
passwd: Authentication token manipulation erro
2、通过root用户修密码
sudo passwd test
Changing password for user test.
New password:
Retype new password:
passwd: all authentication tokens updated successfully.
