NO.001  从起床到洗漱

A:叫起床，问早安，起床

1. Good morning.
2. Did the alarm clock go off?闹钟响了吗？
3. Would you turn off the alarm clock?帮我关下闹钟吗？
4. Are you awake?醒了吗？
5. It’s time to get up  该起床了
6. Get up soon 快点起床
7. Are you feeling sick? 你不舒服吗？
8. You finally got up!你终于起床了！

B:问睡眠质量

1.Did you sleep well?睡得好吗？

2.I didn't sleep well.或者用I didn’t get a lot of sleep. 没睡好

3.I couldn’t sleep 我睡不着

  I was so worried about you that I couldn’t sleep last night. 我担心你，整夜都没睡着

4. I didn’t sleep much，表示没睡多久。

I had to finish my report last night, so I didn’t sleep much.昨晚我必须完成报告，所以没睡多久

5. I had a nightmare 我做了个噩梦

6.I am still sleepy 我还困着呢，没睡醒。

ex：I didn’t sleep well ,and I am still sleepy.

7.I‘m  still yawning .我还打哈欠呢！

8. Did you stay up late last night? 昨晚熬夜吧？

9.I’m  a night person。我是夜猫子，我睡得晚

  对应：I am a morning person  我是个早起的人

10.I have a hang over 昨天的酒还没醒呢

11.You were snoring last night 你昨晚打呼噜了，so I couldn’t sleep.

C:起床后，洗刷刷

11.Let’s fold up the foton把被子叠好或者，fold up the quilt

   ex: Please fold up your quilt  after getting up.

12. Wash your face and brush your teeth. 去洗脸刷牙

13.Who wants to wash up first? 谁要先洗？

14. Honey, could you get me a towel? 你给我拿条毛巾吗？

15. A:Did you brush your teeth?

      B: I am working，mom 我正在刷，注意work的灵活使用

16．I have to comb my hair .我的梳梳头了。

17. wow,You look pretty after cleaning. 洗漱之后精神多了。

18. We’re almost out of toothpaste. 我们的牙膏快用完了

D.常见单词：

洗面奶：face wash，facial cleanser，face cream

牙膏：toothpaste牙刷：toothbrush. 毛巾towel，washcloth

浴巾：bath towel
